Logo Design Inspiration

Above are examples of pre-existing company logos that we have found to inspire the design of our own. We are looking at these logos because their simple designs are easy to read, while also being classic and memorable. Each logo is reflective of its own brand, and so we will take inspiration these when making our own.
To create our own logo we are going to take 10 pre-existing designer label logos, and alter them in 10 different ways (eg, colour, font style, font size, rotate, reflect) until we have 100 logos of our own to choose from.

After changing the logos and playing around with different looks, the designs we have decided to use was developed initially from the D&G logo. We have chosen to use this to represent our brand as it is a clean and easy to read design, while keeping a mature and reputable vibe. We decided to use a red font in Dolce Vita as it matches our brand's colour palette, and so will be recognisable to our company.
